Course Overview
RHS courses equip students in accordance to the ASEAN Common Competency Standards for Tourism Professionals (ACCSTP) through hands-on scenario-based learnings, language training, and internship placements at leading 4- or 5-star hotels.
Fundamentals of Food Production and Bakery
Hands-on training and skill development in Food and Bakery production including preparation of European and Thai cuisine. Students will be equipped with essential tools, techniques and food department management skills, all of which are essential for students embarking on the journey to become a great professional chef.
Food and Beverage Service
Hands-on training and skill development in Food and Beverage Service including Service, Food presentation and marketing, Cocktails and mocktails preparation, and Banquet preparation and arrangements. Students will be equipped with essential tools, techniques and department management skills, all of which are essential for students embarking on the journey to become a great professional in the hospitality industry.
Front Office
Hands-on training and skill development in Hotel Front Office including Room reservations, Check-in and check-out using modern platforms and Guest relations and issue resolution. Students will be equipped with essential tools, techniques and department management skills, all of which are essential for students embarking on the journey to become a great professional in the hospitality industry.
Housekeeping
Hands-on training and skill development for Hotel Housekeeping including Room upkeep and detail in various room types, Tool utilization and inventory management, Flower arrangements, Room management using Opera technology. Students will be equipped with essential tools, techniques and department management skills, all of which are essential for students embarking on the journey to become a great professional in the hospitality industry.
On The Job Training
Students of all programs go through theoretical and experiential learning at Regent Cha-am Beach Resort from the 3th – 6th month and continue to a full-time internship from the 7th – 9th month at leading partner hotels.



Internship
From the 7th – 9th month, RHS students undertake a full-time internship at partner 4- or 5-star hotels. During this period, students have an opportunity to show their full potential and prepare themselves for life post graduation
